Hello, We are looking for Meteorology tutoring covering introduction to weather, climate and environment. Thank you.
About Meteorology
The study of meteorology is an interdisciplinary subject that is the study of weather and weather patterns in the atmosphere. Meteorological science studies and forecasts weather patterns by observing weather conditions and variables that occur in the earth’s atmosphere. Some of these atmospheric variables include water vapor, pressure, temperature, and temperature gradients. These atmospheric variables usually occur in the troposphere of the earth’s atmosphere. Meteorology has been studied for thousands of years, and weather was typically predicated by compiling reports and data from previous years and surmising weather patterns. Today, much of meteorology has to do with using computer models to predict weather, and as a result, meteorology students must learn how to master these programs.
Meteorology students often must also learn the other disciplines contained within the atmospheric sciences. These include climatology, atmospheric physics, atmospheric chemistry, hydrology, and hydrometeorology. While these subjects are usually covered in meteorology departments, many students find it beneficial to work with a meteorology tutor as well.
