I am a highly trained professional musician. I have 10+ years of experience performing and teaching music to all ages. I earned my bachelors degree from the New England Conservatory in May 2012, majoring in Jazz Performance and focusing on the trombone. Enrolled on merit scholarship, I studied with world renowned educators, to further my abilities on the trombone as well as in keyboards, drums, voice, music theory, music history, composition, arranging, and electronic music.

While attending NEC I was a volunteer for Boston Partners Tutoring, tutoring english and reading at the Josiah Elementary School in Chinatown.

I was a scholarship student at the Manhattan School of Music precollege for 3 years while in high school and scored a perfect score on the High School Advanced Music Theory AP. While attending high school I was enrolled in every possible musical ensemble and class that the program had to offer.

In addition to my musical training I feel qualified to teach most K-6 academics, having retained basic academic prowess.

Having been diagnosed with Adhd and having a younger brother with Autism I have qualified myself to be an understanding and patient tutor for anyone who should fall under those categories.

I pride myself on being a systematic, positive, and clear tutor.
