I am an experienced tutor and teacher with a Bachelors degree in Physics with an Earth Science concentration and a Masters Degree in Geoscience. Within my field, I have experience tutoring and teaching Math (from basic math up through college calculus), Science, and Computers at various levels up through professional. In particular, as a science educator, I have taught Physics, Chemistry, Earth Science, Astronomy, Physical Science, Electronics, and Sports Science.

In addition, I've done test-preparation tutoring for the math sections of the GMAT, GRE, GED, ASVAB, SAT I and SAT II, and ACT tests. I've also helped students prepare for their state math exams including the NY Regents, the PA Keystones and the PSSA.

I am fluent in English and can communicate to various degrees of fluency in Japanese, Hebrew, and American Sign Language. I have taught and tutored academic subjects in each of these languages as well. In addition, I have taught Hebrew Reading and done Bar & Bat Mitzvah Preperation tutoring.

Additionally, I have worked with adult learners, returning students, English language learners, and students with special needs. I have taken formal coursework in education, and I understand that we all have different learning styles and that there is no one single approach that will work for everyone. As such, I am flexible and adaptable as a tutor. I look forward to working with you and your individual educational needs!
